Tiramisu Push Pops



This was one of the desserts I made for Paul's 50th birthday party.


Espresso soaked pound cake slices sandwiched between rich creamy layers of marscapone, cocoa powder, coffee liquor and sugary sweetness...mmmmmm.


I swear this technique for filling a piping bag has changed my life.



and of course, it's cute and fun because it's a push up pop!


Anthony and I even made a cute little stand that held the pops and the birthday bunting. The bunting kept falling sideways come picture time, and I rushed the pictures to get dessert on the table! This picture doesn't do it justice, but trust me, it was cute.
