Prepped and ready to party


Another week down, it's been a relatively calm one work/plans/travel wise, but there's been plenty of behind the scenes work getting ready for the weekend's celebrations!


From recipe trial runs


to a little crafting here and there,


we've been getting prepped and are ready to party!


I'll leave you with a little recipe we tried out
for dinner one night this week,
It really was good and did taste just like the
ever popular Chinese take out,
Anthony LOVED it and has already asked when we can have it again.
While it's certainly gotta be healthier than the fried restaurant version,
I know how much sugar went into this and doubt I'll be making it part of the regular menu!

  1. Can't wait to see what kind of celebrations you all are getting into this weekend! I got food poisoning last friday night from the local chinese restaurant and had sweet and sour chicken so it will be awhile before I can even look at the recipe for the above, I 'm sure it was delicious though! Have a wonderful weekend! :)
